MEET MELISSA
Melissa Mondo has spent her career in service, first as a firefighter, but also helping people build strength, reclaim movement, and rediscover what their bodies are capable of.
“The body wants to heal. My job is to find out what's standing in the way."
But Melissa's path to performance and recovery wasn't without its own obstacles. Through her personal experience with injury and chronic pain, she discovered something the fitness world often misses: fixing the symptom is not the same as fixing the problem. That realization became the foundation of Elevate Body Lab.
Today, Melissa specializes in adhesion release, massage therapy and root-cause recovery, working with clients who've tried everything else and still aren't getting better. Her approach is precise, individualized, and built on one guiding belief: you deserve to live the life you want to live, not just manage your way through it.
